Camping Essentials: Tips For The Girly Girl Inside Of Us All

By: Deanna

Women, naturally, are much more elegant beings than males are (sorry boys). We take more pride in our appearance and enjoy being well put together.

And now that summer has arrived, it is all about exploring the great outdoors! However just because you’re outside doesn’t mean you need to smell like the great outdoors!

Don’t worry ladies! A few beauty products and tips can help you survive the shower free week!

Baby Powder

Similar to dry shampoo, baby powder will reduce grease in your roots and leave you with soft clean hair. However it is multi purpose. Baby powder can be used on your face and skin as well! Ideal for camping as it can be used for your hands to grip onto objects easier such as rocks or canoe paddles!

Bum Boosa Baby Wipes

If you didn’t already know, baby wipes are an excellent makeup remover. Especially on the go when you’re camping! These wipes are perfect to freshen your face up and are also biodegradable, which makes them environmentally friendly! Not to mention they take up little to no space in your pack!

Moisturizer with SPF

Since we all know how important it is to moisturize AND how important it is to protect your skin from the harsh sunrays, pack a moisturizer with sunscreen in it. You will be tight for space when packing and using a dual screen protector will save you time and space! ***Ombrelle complete extreme lotion SPF 30

Waterproof Mascara

Although mascara will not be on the top of your list when camping in the wilderness for a week, women usually forget that we tend to leave for our camping adventures while still wearing a full face of makeup! Make sure you plan ahead and grab some waterproof mascara to avoid raccoon eyes the minute you hit the beach!
